JOLLY MEC Caminetti S.p.A. heat generators are covered by a 24-month Legal Warranty, in accordance with European Directive 1999/44/EC and the national legislation of the European Union country in which the heat generator was purchased.

The Legal Warranty on heat generators runs from the date of purchase.

Once installed, heat generators may be subject to an optional First Ignition service to be carried out at a Specialised Assistance Centre.

For heat generators subject to the optional First Ignition service and in addition to the Legal Warranty, Jolly Mec Caminetti S.p.A. offers a Conventional Warranty granted by the Manufacturer. The purchaser will be entitled to a three-year warranty on the boiler body once the 24 month Legal Warranty has expired.

In case of dispute, Italian law shall apply; in case of discrepancy between the Italian terminology and the translation, the Italian version shall prevail. In case of dispute, the court of Bergamo (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
